Welcome to transpeak

transpeak is the really scenic way from the East Midlands to the Peak District and Manchester - and the other way around, of course!

So it really is just the job for a day's sightseeing, especially when the light nights are here, or for some serious shopping at any time of the year - Christmas Shopping in Manchester or Nottingham is a breeze on transpeak.

We run every hour from Nottingham and Derby to Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton, taking in scenery that people are prepared to travel half way across the world to enjoy. We call at Derby Train Station too.

transpeak also goes through to Stockport and Manchester every two hours.

For your journey there's a choice of coach comfort or modern easy access single deckers - these are clearly marked on the timetable.

We call at selected stops along the way - handy, without taking all day!

At the wheel you'll find a crew renowned for top-flight service - happy to help and advise; please don't hesitate to ask.

And the most you'll have to pay for a day out anywhere on transpeak is £7.80 for a ZigZag Plus ticket, which covers all other trent barton routes too - AND a youngster can go along for free.
